For non-emergency support

If the email is received before Noon on a business day, you will receive a response that afternoon. If the email is received after Noon, you will receive a response before Noon on the next business day. A response does not mean the issue is resolved, but that the XEDA Administrators are working on the issue.
For emergency support
Contact the Data Center Operations staff at 530-752-1566
The staff will then page the XEDA Administrators in order to resolve the issue. The Data Center Operations staff is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Information

Service Monitoring
The XEDA services is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The monitoring system is used by the Data Center for all systems, and will page a XEDA Administrator within 10 minutes of a problem being detected.
